Open question: what does each status card (JoeyStatus, StatusRibbon, OutputGaugesRail, MyJoeyHealthCard) actually show a customer, in the customer's own words, for every state it can be in? A writer needs to open those four component files directly and read the rendered copy, not infer it from what the components are named, before this page can be written honestly.
